Waiver

By booking at GMC Pickleball Court, I understand that pickleball is a physical activity that carries a risk of injury, including slips, falls, collisions, and strains.

I confirm that I and everyone in my group are physically fit to play, and that we play at our own risk.

I agree to follow court rules and staff instructions, wear proper non-marking court shoes, and use the facility and equipment with care. I will pay for any damage caused by misuse.

I release GMC Pickleball Court, its owners and staff from liability for any injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings, except where caused by their negligence.

I am signing for myself and on behalf of every player in my booking, and I confirm they agree to these terms.
