Bookings

A booking is confirmed only after we verify your payment. Unpaid holds are released automatically when the payment timer runs out.

Pay using one of the options shown at checkout and upload a clear screenshot of your payment. Bookings with payments we can't verify may be declined.

Bookings can't be changed or rescheduled online. To cancel, contact us directly. Refunds, if any, follow our cancellation policy.

Open play spots are per player. Sessions may be cancelled by the venue; if that happens, we'll contact you about a refund.

Arrive on time; your booking ends at the scheduled time. Wear non-marking court shoes. Follow staff instructions at all times.

Every booking includes our waiver, which you accept before paying.

We may update these terms. The version shown when you book applies to that booking.
